Claude is a seasoned player in the Hawaii mortgage industry. He was a founding board member of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1992. He served twice as state president and was selected as Mortgage Broker of the Year by the association in 1999.

Claude and his family have lived in Kailua since 1987. He has been active in his church financial committee for over 20 years and is an advisory board member of the Chaminade University business entrepreneurial program.
