A year after receiving his B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico in 1992, Scott helped his first customer with a home-equity line of credit, and since then he has kept his focus on the real estate financing needs of satisfied homeowners who refer their friends, family and co-workers to acheive their real estate investment goals.

Scott is licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator by the State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs' Department of Financial Institutions License # MS-9643 and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System NMLS # 299723.

Currently serving as the 2010 President of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers, Scott gives back to the community through the local Rotary Club of Windward Oahu and has coached AYSO soccer teams in Kailua. He also enjoys competitive paddling with Lanikai Canoe Club, swimming around Flat Island before work, and surfing and sailing with family and friends on weekends.
