A year after receiving his B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico in 1992, Scott helped his first customer with a home-equity line of credit, and since then he has kept his focus on the real estate financing needs of satisfied homeowners who refer their friends, family and co-workers to achieve their real estate investment goals.

Scott has extensive experience in direct lending, loan originator training and supervisory responsibilities with bank and national financial entities over the course of a decade. With his family’s move to Kailua, he has over 7 years of experience as a mortgage broker in this market.
Scott is the Immediate Past President of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers and an active Board Member. He was selected as state Mortgage Broker of the Year in 2009.

Scott gives back to the community through the local Rotary Club of Windward Oahu and has coached AYSO soccer teams in Kailua. He also enjoys competitive paddling with Lanikai Canoe Club, swimming around Flat Island before work, and surfing and sailing with family and friends on weekends.
